"This was the first of what I hope will be a long learning experience with Sunrise paintings. I typically wake just before sunrise when in beautiful locations just to be able to witness moments like this. I painted this for an annual United Way art auction which aside from being a wonderful effort, gives me the opportunity to experiment with new methods and styles." Mario
